Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after being placed. Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. In some cases orders may take slightly longer if an item is on backorder — we will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via UPS and USPS. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days after processing

• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after processing

Please note: If you select UPS 2nd Day or 3-Day service, your order still requires 24–48 business hours to process before it ships. The selected shipping speed applies from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

Fresh Herbs (Ewe) Orders

Orders containing fresh herbs and plants must ship via UPS Second Day Air to ensure freshness upon arrival. This shipping method is required and will be applied automatically for these items.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes at the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
