Is it necessary to have an account to place an order?

No, However, anyone can view our online catalog and place an order using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover ,American Express and Echeck (American Express and Echeck only if you have a google checkout or Paypal)

Minimum Order

Nelstar Services Inc has no minimum order level. You can buy anything not matter if cost $1.00 ,but we recommend placing largest order so you can save on shipping cost

How do I place my order?

To place your order online, simply choose the product you desire. Follow the easy to navigate ordering and checkout procedures. Your shopping cart can be viewed and modified during the entire process. Your order will not be processed until you have reached the checkout process and have selected a method of payment and hit the "submit botton"

Discount Coupons:

My friend receive a discount coupon code thru email ,but you never send me a coupon to my email (this is a common email we receive often) .We offer discount coupon, from time to time only to our newsletters subscribers (You must register to our newsletter ,to be able to receive those offers) .How it work? Just get the "Coupon Code #" that corresponds to the dollar amount of your order, the sales promotion, or free shipping, and enter that number into your cart down towards the bottom. Then, just click the Submit button to receive your coupon discount before checking out. If you do not receive your discount, then you may have entered the wrong coupon code or chose the wrong sales promotion

Defective Parts

We Must be Notified Of Defective Parts Within 7 Days After You Receive Them BY EMAIL . Buyer Pays Return Shipping Costs If contact us over 7 days. Sorry, no exceptions.

Return To Stock Items

We have a 7 days unconditioanl Return Policy WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEES AS ALL OTHERS Do In all cases of Return To Stock items, we must be contacted within 7 days of you receipt your order. After 7 days, its yours. Please E Mail when returning items for a refund. If return to stock items are sent to use that are not new and unused, we may have to ship them back to you at your expense.

Out of stock items

We have a "Real Time Inventory" on this web site. However, from time to time, we may screw that up on some items as we have over 1800 products . At Nelstar Services we feel its better to refund you immediately for items ordered that are "Out Of Stock" rather than having you wait who knows how long to receive them ,but if we feel we will have the item soon we put a hold on you order and ship everything together . When you receive your shipping confirmation from us, be sure and open the attachment to that e mail to view your order details and package tracking information.

Declined Transactions

On line orders that are declined at the time you place your order cannot be re-processed here . You must call your bank to work out why that happened on your credit card account.
Or, if you discover you entered the wrong credit card information as the reason for the decline, you can retry again at website.
A Notice will always be sent, via E Mail to any customer that is directly affected.

Lost Package Claims

International & Domestic shipping via the US Postal Service has few risks. However, most package delivery delays are caused by "Customs Services" in your local area or somewhere along the route in your country for any number of reasons which we cannot explain. Since we have no control over these type of issues with Customs Services" around the world, all non delivered package claims cannot be honored until 45 days after the actual ship date of the shipment of your order. We do the utmost best we can to package your orders properly, and in a responsible manner so that you get your packages in a timely fashion. We want your business. 99% of our International orders arrive safely and in a timely manner. Occasionally, one will get delayed. Please have patience with us and your "Customs Services" The odds are in favor of you................your package will arrive safely, although occasionally delayed. If its in your budget, choose the highest end mailing service that has "Package Tracking" capability to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely fashion.
